about joanna
Welcome to the work of Joanna the Healer – Mirror Of Truth
There are many ways to describe this work.
Some call it healing.
Some call it guidance.
Some call it energy work.
Some call it spiritual transformation.
Each describes a part of it.
But none fully captures what actually happens here.
At its heart, this work is about helping people return to the deepest truth of who they are—not by becoming someone new, but by remembering and embodying what has always been there.
I call that Presence.
Not simply being present in the moment, but reconnecting with the deeper Presence that exists beneath fear, conditioning, identity, and survival.
Some call it the Higher Self.
Some call it the Divine.
Some call it God, Source, Consciousness, or the “I AM” Presence.
The name matters far less than the experience.
Because this work is not about asking you to believe in something.
It is about helping you experience it directly.
My Journey
My work was never built from theory.
It was lived long before it was ever offered.
For more than twenty-five years, life invited me into experiences that required me to face myself fully—emotionally, psychologically, physically, and spiritually.
There were periods where my identity dissolved.
Where certainty disappeared.
Where what I thought I knew no longer held.
And through those experiences I discovered something that changed the course of my work.
Truth is not something we think our way into.
It is something we gradually become capable of living.
The Experience That Changed Everything
Years ago, I had an experience that fundamentally changed how I understood both spirituality and transformation.
I came into direct contact with what I can only describe as Source.
Not as an idea.
Not as a belief.
But as a living reality.
In that experience I heard, with unmistakable clarity:
“You can go hide in your little corner… but you will never get away from what is true.”
At first, those words felt overwhelming.
Not because there was anything frightening about Source itself.
But because that experience revealed what those words actually meant—and in doing so, it confronted every part of me that still believed I was separate from Source or somehow unworthy of its presence.
My conditioning met truth.
And truth illuminated what my conditioning had spent years protecting.
At the time, my body didn’t yet have the capacity to hold what I was experiencing.
My nervous system couldn’t stabilize around it.
Instead of simply expanding into that truth, there was intensity.
That experience revealed something I had never heard anyone explain.
We can have profound spiritual experiences.
We can touch higher states of consciousness.
We can experience the Divine directly.
But if our body and nervous system cannot hold those experiences, they remain moments we visit rather than truths we live.
That realization became the turning point in my work.
The Bridge
For much of my life I felt that my purpose was to make spirituality accessible to ordinary people.
Today I understand that more clearly than ever.
I don’t believe spirituality and the human experience exist in separate worlds.
I believe they are expressions of the same reality.
Psychology helps us understand the protective patterns, beliefs, and adaptations that pull us away from ourselves.
The nervous system helps us understand why Presence can feel difficult to sustain, especially after trauma, loss, or years of conditioning.
Spirituality reminds us of what has always been true beneath those layers.
None of these perspectives are competing with one another.
They are each describing a different aspect of being human.
My work is about bringing them back into coherence.
Because spirituality becomes truly meaningful when it is no longer something we simply believe, study, or occasionally experience.
It becomes meaningful when it is embodied.
When what we recognize as true spiritually begins shaping how we think, feel, relate, choose, and live.
To me, this is where transformation happens.
Presence: Our Divine Blueprint
Everything I have come to understand points toward one simple truth.
Presence is our divine blueprint.
Not something we need to create.
Not something we need to earn.
Not something reserved for a select few.
It has always been here.
Beneath every protective strategy.
Beneath every conditioned belief.
Beneath every identity we constructed in order to survive.
Healing is not about becoming someone new – it is about learning to stop abandoning the deepest truth of who we already are.
What Is Attunement™?
Attunement™ is the process through which your system begins remembering what it has always known.
It is not something I do to you.
Nor is it about fixing, saving, or giving you something you don’t already possess.
Instead, Attunement™ creates the conditions for greater coherence between your body, your nervous system, your awareness, and your deeper Presence.
As coherence develops, your capacity naturally expands.
As capacity expands, it becomes easier to remain present with experiences that once felt overwhelming.
Presence becomes less of an idea and more of a lived reality.
Transformation follows naturally because your system is no longer working against what is already true.
Why Embodiment Matters
Insight is valuable.
Awareness is valuable.
Profound spiritual experiences can change the direction of our lives.
But lasting transformation asks for something more.
It asks that what we have recognized spiritually becomes embodied psychologically, emotionally, physically, and relationally.
Otherwise, even our deepest experiences often remain beautiful memories instead of lived reality.
This is why my work places equal importance on Presence, coherence, capacity, embodiment, and direct spiritual experience.
They are not separate.
Together they allow us to live what we already know to be true.
My Approach
Throughout the last 25+ years, I have worked as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Counsellor, Master Life Coach,, Psychic, Medium, Channeller and Energy Healer.
Each chapter contributed something valuable.
Each revealed another piece of the puzzle.
Today, I no longer see those roles as separate.
I see them as different expressions of the same calling:
Helping people bridge the gap between the human and the Divine.
Helping spirituality become something lived rather than simply believed.
Helping people discover that the doorway to the sacred is not somewhere outside themselves.
It is found through their own Presence.
Who This Work Is For
This work tends to resonate with people who have already explored personal growth or spirituality and know there is something deeper available.
People who are no longer looking for someone to tell them what is true.
People who are no longer looking to collect endless amounts of information.
People who want to experience truth for themselves.
People who understand that lasting transformation asks for honesty, participation, and presence.
What You Can Expect
When we work together, I don’t promise specific outcomes.
Transformation cannot be forced.
Nor is it something I can do for you.
What I can promise is that I will meet you with complete presence, honesty, compassion, and deep respect.
Together we create the conditions where unconscious patterns become visible, protective strategies begin to soften, and greater coherence naturally emerges.
Sometimes that feels peaceful.
Sometimes it feels confronting.
Often it is both.
Because truth has a way of gently revealing what is ready to be seen.
The rest belongs to you.
At Its Core
Everything I offer points toward one thing.
Helping you remember – and remain with – your own Presence. Not as a concept or belief in your mind – but as a lived experience through your body.
Because I don’t believe spirituality was ever meant to be separate from everyday life.
I believe it was meant to be lived through it.
Through our relationships.
Through our choices.
Through our work.
Through our bodies.
Through our humanity.
To me, this is where the human and the Divine meet.
Where psychology helps us understand why we leave ourselves.
Where Presence reminds us of what has never left us.
And where embodiment allows that truth to become the way we live.
If something in you recognizes these words—not only in your mind, but somewhere quieter—you don’t need to force certainty.
Sometimes recognition comes before understanding.
Perhaps that quiet recognition is simply your own Presence remembering itself.
